Flexible configuration
The machine is available in different widths (1 000 mm en 1 200 mm), and the length can be adjusted with sections of five drying rollers each – exactly to the capacity you need.

How does the felt dryer work?
The unit consists of three integrated parts: the main unit with drying rollers, the base frame with drip tray or optional filter belt, and an upper section with automatic emptying system.

Drying rollerw with an absorbent felt layer remove moisture from the product.

Squeeze rollers press the moisture out of these felt layers, while adjustable springs ensure constant pressure.

A drip tray and optional filter belt collect the water and organic residue for a cleaner line and easier maintenance.

An automatic emptying system ensures fast throughput when changing products or at the end of a washing process.

De lappendroger is modulair opgebouwd en bestaat uit 3 hoofddelen: de hoofdunit met lappenrollen/uitdrukrollen in het midden, daarboven een clean-sweep module en onderaan een module met afvoerband en lekgoot.
