The Van Dijke Mobile Washer is designed to wash anywhere, anytime. With the entire washing line mounted on a trailer, it can be easily transported by truck to wherever you need it. Thanks to all facilities being fully integrated on the trailer, setup is quick and hassle-free, allowing you to start production upon arrival.

The Van Dijke Mobile Washer – Flexible, Fast, Ready to Go
Extreme low water concumption
The Van Dijke machine is engineered with unique features that allow it to operate with minimal water consumption. Ideal for locations where water supply is limited, it comes equipped with an internal water recycling system – simply fill once, then top up via the water connection as needed (approx. 1 m^3 / hour).
Settled sludge is collected in a built-in sedimentation tank and can be easily discharged through a knife valve into a collection container or sediment basin, making the process efficient, clean, and hassle-free.
Fully Modular and Customizable
The trailer is build up arount a washer and destoner, forming the foundation of the mobile line. Beyond these main components, the line can be expanded with an RS-series dryer-pre-sorter and, if desired, a grading table. For even greater efficiency, the grading table can be replaced with an optical sorter, offering a flexible solution tailored to your production needs.
