van Dijke SN600 Washer
The Van Dijke SN series washer is designed for the most demanding conditions and offers the ultimate solution for removing stones, clods and other heavy particles from products such as biomass. Thanks to an innovative, adjustable water circulation system and an advanced sand and clay filter system, water consumption is kept to a minimum and the separation process is extremely accurate.
How does it work?
The separation process utilises an adjustable upward water flow, which separates heavy particles such as stones and clods from the product. The internal recirculation system ensures that only a minimal amount of clean or recycled water is required. The integrated sand and clay filter system prevents water saturation, allowing the machine to continue operating efficiently for long periods of time.
